Ziegler Cooper recently redeveloped the 20 Greenway property and elements of the internal garage to improve leasing. Elements of the design began with the front entry, exterior landscaping, exterior lighting to increase building presence, renovation of the main lobby, cross atrium, third level lobby, and public space. New work included upgraded finishes, re-cladding of stairs, escalators, and specific elevator elements, remodeled restrooms, and the restoration of certain atrium and outdoor balcony features into tenant amenities. A new fitness center was designed with enhanced connections to the adjacent public garage.
