Brookhollow Central I
Ziegler Cooper Architects completed an $11 million redevelopment project at Brookhollow Central I, part of a three-building complex located in the North Loop West submarket near the intersection of Loop 610 and US 290. In 2009 Ziegler Cooper performed an intense evaluation of existing conditions and made recommendations to dramatically transform the three-building, 800,000 square foot campus. Updates included renovating architectural components such as building glass, entrance portals, lobby finishes, garage-building connector, typical floor restrooms, corridors and elevator lobbies. The redevelopment scope also included critical mechanical upgrades, environmental graphics, vertical transportation improvements, garage improvements and new landscaping. With all work now complete, the available space at the property is now being marketed to prominent local and national firms as a potential headquarters space. The project is currently seeking LEED Silver.
