This confidential client is a leading provider of basic and intermediate chemicals and fertilizer products to industries throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. They also operate their own Research and Technology Center in Sugar Land (Houston), Texas, a state-of-the-art petrochemical research facility, which enables it to stay at the cutting edge of scientific advances in the industry.

The client engaged Ziegler Cooper Architects to consolidate the company’s North America’s Functions of R&D, Technical Support and Material Applications to the existing 25-acre site in Sugar Land, Texas.

The scope of the new campus includes a new research development and office building for 350 employees, 282,000 s.f. of Applications Laboratories and utilities in a separate building that contain approximately 3000 square feet of labs, and supporting parking.
