Ziegler Cooper Architects and HBL Announce Strategic Merger

Introducing ZCA+HBL, a new partnership between the Worship Facilities and Education Studio of Ziegler Cooper and HBL Architects. Located in Houston, Texas, HBL Architects has provided quality architectural services since 1966 for civic, commercial, corporate, institutional, municipal, educational, religious and residential projects. HBL’s design portfolio includes St. Angela Merici Parish in Missouri City, Texas, St. Mark the Evangelist Parish in Houston, Texas, and Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in Mt. Belvieu, Texas.

Ziegler Cooper’s Worship Facilities & Education Studio is currently engaged in the design of The John Cooper School’s expansion of a 56,000-s.f. STEM building, which recently broke ground in The Woodlands, Texas. The studio is also working on various projects within Houston’s religious communities, including the renovation and expansion of both Annunciation Catholic Church and Holy Rosary. This partnership will bring together the talents and expertise of a diverse .group of designers and significantly expand the presence of Ziegler Cooper in the Worship, Education and Community market sectors.
