Design philosophy and vision can only be successful and productive as the process through which the vision becomes reality. Our Master Planning Process has proven effective on dozens of master plans. It provides for regular scheduled presentation and review meetings with the committee for consistent collaboration between all members of the project team. Ziegler Cooper Architects will work closely with your committee, staff and other representatives throughout the project, but particularly during the programming and master planning design phases when the majority of the decisions affecting function, cost and design character will be made. We are good listeners and have learned that the best ideas come from listening to our clients and creatively responding to their input and ideas. Although work sessions with the committee are important throughout the project, they are especially critical during the formative periods of programming, master planning, and schematic design.
