West Village Forest City

Located in Uptown Dallas, Forest City is part of West Village. It is the first piece of a three-city block, three-phase master plan bound by McKinney Avenue and N. Central Expressway. Phase one is mixed-use comprised of 43,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 21-story, 347,364-square-foot apartment tower. The project is connected to DART with a station at Cityplace West Blvd at the Expressway. The site is also served by the Trolley along McKinney and Cityplace West. The architecture, scaled to the six-story neighborhood is a mix of classic American with an urban edge. The materials consist of brick, stone, stucco, metal, and glass for the architecture, with a mix of brick, concrete, and granite on street and sidewalk paving. Level 7, above the surrounding 6-story buildings, will be the amenity level with pool, lawn areas, and shaded cabanas essentially on the roof of the garage and low-rise elements with the tower rising above. The area caters to many of Dallas’ most affluent urban dwellers with a very walkable shopping and dining experience. The residential tower commands great views to the Dallas downtown skyline.
