One Lakes Edge is a sophisticated mixed-use mid rise apartment development targeting residents seeking an urban lifestyle. One Lakes Edge integrates live, work and play activities into the project and capitalizes on the adjacent development which includes eight lakefront restaurants surrounding a waterfront plaza, an outdoor event venue, 120,000 square feet of additional retail, a Whole Foods Market, a hotel and multiple office buildings, all within a short five-minute walk. One Lakes Edge is the residential anchor for the development, creating a hub for 24/7 activity that is supported by over 23,000 square feet of retail within One Lakes Edge.
The eight-story project sits at the edge of the lake, providing spectacular views of the water and offering recreational access to the lake. Over 200 miles of hike and bike trails are integrated into the project design, along with kayak and bike storage for the residents. The architectural expression of the project is modern with an edge, portraying a vibrant and energetic vibe fused with an urban sensibility.
