Houston-based MetroNational has partnered with Ziegler Cooper Architects to design this upscale apartment complex with hundreds of luxury units and a rooftop pool. The eight-story complex designed to house 327 apartments will be built just behind the Memorial City Mall at the northwest corner of Barryknoll Lane and Memorial City Way. The development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 555 to 1,796 square feet. The development opened in Summer 2019.
