The first building visible after crossing the Queen Isabella Causeway, The Sapphire Condominium and Spa has an illuminated cupola that serves as a beacon for the island community. The high-rise consists of two 32-story towers, 14 town-house style bungalows and a 3-story parking garage. The two towers contain more than 200 units, ranging in size from 1,400 to 1,900 square feet. Amenities include a private movie theater, spa, fitness center, teen game room, private wine room, secured visitor access, concierge and housekeeping services, private storage and a 300-foot-long infinity edge pool accented with outdoor, tented cabanas. As an added feature, the adjoining 12-story Sheraton Hotel was incorporated into the project to provide guest services and additional amenities.
