Ziegler Cooper Architects (ZCA) & Paradigm Construction partnered again for the 2021 AIA Sandcastle Competition in Galveston this past weekend. The team took home the prestigious Gold Bucket Award for their “Lilo & Stitch: Olympic in the Pacific” design.
