The City of Alvin asked the design team to conduct a feasibility study, and subsequently, we provided full architectural services including design, consultant coordination, and construction administration services. Additionally, we assisted the owner with budgeting and coordination of all “direct purchase” furnishings and equipment, both through independent vendors and the State Agency for cost saving advantages.
