Parkway Properties tasked Ziegler Cooper with revitalizing and renovating the existing campus amenities at CityWestPlace in Houston. This multi-phase renovation consisted of a new bistro area, updates to the public lobby, Starbucks kiosk, cafeteria with outdoor seating, two separate fitness rooms, yoga studio, indoor basketball court, locker rooms, and a tenant lounge dubbed “The Icehouse”. These renovations were completed over the course of multiple phases at various locations throughout the campus.
