Millennium Tower

Woodbranch Management tasked Ziegler Cooper with creating a design solution for Millennium Tower that would modernize the lobby, and provide a key engagement points for the building’s visitors and end users in the form of a new tenant lounge.

Solid portions of the building’s exterior wall were removed and replaced with a new floor-to-ceiling glass wall, allowing for the first time visibility through the entire lobby to the landscaped area and pond fronting Richmond Avenue.

Originally constructed in the early 1980s, the public areas of Millennium Tower had not undergone a significant revamp since the mid-1990s, and were in need of large-scape improvements in order to ensure the building’s continuing competitiveness.
