Energy Center One

After acquiring Energy Center One in 2017, Spear Street Capital wanted to bring a fresh look to the Energy Corridor Class A building. The goal was to create a new environment with many amenities, including a welcoming lobby, coffee bar, café, fitness, and conference room. Fresh finishes were selected for the elevator cabs, elevator lobbies, and restrooms. New seating groups with residential inspired furniture and rugs give the lobby a more intimate and welcoming feel. By removing a dark stone feature wall, ZCA opened the space to a new coffee bar and lounge area, creating more interest and activity on the first-floor level.

An adjoining café with bar seating, lounge furniture, and dining tables gives tenants and visitors a lively, convenient lunch option. A new fitness center includes spacious locker rooms, extensive cardio machines, weight room equipment, and a yoga/stretch area on the first floor. Exposed ceilings, pops of color, and expansive views to the outdoors make the fitness center feel like a boutique gym. A renovated training room provides tenants with the ability to have classroom, lecture, and conference layouts.
