Hurricane Harvey caused enormous impact and significant property damage to Park Laureate. Like 1 & 3 Riverway, Park Laureate used the opportunity to upgrade its facilities. As a result, Park Laureate has ultimately emerged as an attractive, more efficient, and better-utilized property.

Located in the premier Tanglewood/Memorial Villages/Memorial Drive area and overlooking a beautiful, tree-filled bayou front site, Level 1 was repurposed to unlock its potential as an amenity floor for tenants as well as for co-working office space.
