Founded in 1987, EEPB, LC is a multi-service CPA and Business Advisory firm, and is the 17th largest Houston-area public accounting firm in the 2014 Houston Business Journal Book of Lists. The firm relocated to their new office space in Brookhollow 3 in October of 2014 with room to grow and a bright, modern look and feel. The primary client goal was to minimize cost and maximize effect, positioning the firm for the next 10 - 15 years. Level 12 at Brookhollow 3 had been recently built-out then vacated by a large bank after a merger.

One half of the floor was designed for general office, and the other half the bank's executive area. The client's cost goals were met by reusing the existing general office side build-out and selectively demolishing existing buildout buildout to match the other side, creating a uniform office environment. A new "client center" was created, consisting of the reception area, a conference center, new elevator lobby, breakroom and multi-purpose room.
