Our Workplace Interiors team recently designed the new 22,145 SF workplace for Lionstone Investments in Downtown Houston. A large internal stair connects the two levels, 25 and 26, that the company occupies in the historic building at 712 Main, while also providing additional informal seating. Other special design features include a large break room with games and a stage for “Town Hall” employee meetings and a dedicated library space where quiet work can be completed away from the open concept workstations.
