Rosetta Resources is an independent oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas engaged in the exploration, development and exploitation of onshore energy resources in the United States. Ziegler Cooper worked closely with Rosetta to complete a corporate headquarters relocation to four floors within Heritage Plaza in downtown Houston totaling over 108,565 square feet. The large reception features elegant travertine flooring and walnut paneling. State-of-the-art conferencing and open seating areas provide opportunities for collaboration. Accent colors, repeated in finishes, furnishings and signage, provide both visual interest and wayfinding cues. Welcoming community centers on each floor adjacent to the new interconnecting stair support the close-knit company’s strong sense of family.
