Our Workplace Interiors team recently completed the 37,950 RSF renovation of Scotiabank’s office space on the 13th and 14th floors of the historic Pennzoil Place in downtown Houston. These renovations help to reinforce Scotiabank’s corporate standards by utilizing a clean and refreshed feeling in the workplace, while also keeping an eye to the future for potential expansion. The all-new workplace features a bright and inviting lobby area, huddle rooms, a boardroom, several conference rooms, open workstations with sit-stand desks, an expansive training room, a break room on each floor, and a central staircase connecting the two levels.
