Dickinson City Hall & Library
Dickinson, Texas
The new municipal complex for the City of Dickinson includes a 22,754-square-foot city hall with administrative, community development, and water district offices. This includes dual-use council chambers and courtroom, as well as a public lobby, which is used as a welcome center for all public events. A separate 12,229-square-foot full-service library completes the building complex in addition to a community room, children’s library, adult rest area, and offices for the friends of the library. This new city hall and library complex replaces the previous “strip center” city hall and library.
