The new corporate headquarters for Chicago Bridge and Iron, an international energy infrastructure company, located in the Woodlands, Texas, is a second facility for the campus. The two-building complex, located on the shores of Lake Woodlands, creates a wooded campus environment that maximizes lake views and provides large and flexible floor plates for multiple office types. The new building features an extensive conferencing center overlooking the lake, with state of the art technology, flexibility, and breakout spaces.  Special landscape design creates outdoor spaces for small gatherings to large events. A two-story clear glass colonnade seamlessly integrates the new building with existing.  High performance glass, a highly efficient mechanical system, and careful consideration of the sensitive natural environment help contribute to the sustainability of the project.
