St. Rose of Lima Catholic Community, a well-established neighborhood church in the Garden Oaks subdivision of Houston, Texas, has provided a consistent ministry for the area since 1946. Originally built as a collection of smaller individual classroom buildings and library, St. Rose sought to consolidate their elementary and middle school programs into a single two story structure allowing additional classrooms to be added to their program, a larger library, computer lab, art studio, music hall. Key items included Campus Loop Road to further improve Vehicular Circulation; Security on campus and within the building; Light and Vibrant Classrooms and Transitional Spaces; Central Library with Performance Area; Music Hall with practice rooms; STEM Lab; Art Room; Hallway Huddle Areas. Total 45,000 s.f. Future improvements will include Auditorium, Cafeteria, and Administration.
