A 9,700-square-foot new private physician clinic and an office-based outpatient surgery center make up this new facility in urban Houston. The clinic includes 4 aesthetician rooms, 4 exam rooms, and 2 photo rooms. This office-based outpatient surgery center features 2 pre-op rooms, 3 post-op bays, a private recovery room, 2 ORs, and a private post-op patient exit.  

​This project achieved a National AIA Healthcare Design Award by the American Institute of Architects Academy of Architecture for Health.
