In this project, the 5th floor hospital nursing unit was transformed into a 15,050 sf Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Department, featuring patient treatment areas, therapy spaces, and department offices. The design carefully accounted for existing through-floor plumbing stacks, ensuring that the lower floor nursing units remained operational during and after construction.
