Gables Republic Square & Hotel ZaZa

Gables Republic Square is a mixed-use urban residential tower, with street-level retail and a boutique hotel.  The tower contains a mix of apartments, hotel rooms, a seventh-level hotel restaurant, conference and meeting space, two elevated pool decks, and a club facility. The hotel occupies levels 8 through 12 with a mix of luxury hotel rooms, fine dining, cocktail lounge and ballrooms. Their presence in the project increases the diversity, density and the level of activity for the project.
