Located in the urban core , this 5.9-acre mixed-use development includes a restaurant, office building,  retail components,  high-rise residential, hotel, fitness center and conference and boardroom space centered around an event lawn. The high-rise, urban residential component includes a , 33-story, 330,000 s.f. building with 300  units totaling 580,302 s.f. that will have 8,700 s.f. of ground floor retail.
