Ken Sandlin, AIA, RAS

Ken earned his Bachelor of Architecture as an honors graduate from University of Houston. Ken joined Ziegler Cooper in 2018 with nearly 40 years of experience. Experienced in all phases of architectural practice, Ken has completed projects in more than 20 states. Ken has a proven track record of designing CAD and document standards that increase operational effectiveness and position organizations for sustained success. Being committed to continuing education and learning has allowed Ken to build extensive experience in technology in the AEC industry. As ZCA’s Accessibility Subject Matter Expert, Ken consults with ZCA staff and their clients to determine compliance with TAS, IBC Chapter 11, ANSI A117.1, FHA and UFAS rules and guidelines, all of which provide a basis for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Whether at home fixing up things around his home or working on a project, Ken is constantly creating solutions to complex problems.
