Marketing /Assistant Coordinator
Ziegler Cooper Architects (ZCA), a premier Architecture and Interior Design firm, is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual to assist in all areas of marketing, specifically content creation fir digital/social media and for RFQ/Ps. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership and staff at all levels. This is a full-time, on-site position, based at our Houston office, five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the execution of creative marketing strategies across various platforms including website(s), landing pages, social media, print & digital ads, emails, videos, etc.
Organize, schedule, and publish social media content.
o Develop consistent and actionable social media reporting and insights.
Coordinate project photography and manage local library.
Design physical and digital marketing materials (postcards, brochures, etc.).
Produce high-quality RFQ/RFP/qualifications and presentations.
Support in drafting and coordinating public relations materials, award submissions, newsletters, email campaigns, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
Maintain collateral, digital assets, and database (including staff resumes and project listings).
Champion brand standards and manage templates.
Help coordinate internal events and marketing-related events.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, marketing, communications, journalism, etc.).
1-3 years of experience in content marketing and/or brand management.
1-3 years of experience in the AEC industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience with Squarespace or other web/content and video management systems.
Ability to communicate effectively across generations.
Strong writing, editing, and proof readings skills.
Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
Nice to Have
Proficient working with Squarespace.
Familiarity with using Canva and Plann That (or similar social media editing and scheduling tools).
Experience with CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint).
Being an active member of SMPS or other similar organizations for career development.
