This contemporary medical office building, for a clinic and an ambulatory surgery center, is a three-story steel structure on a tight urban site. The first floor is half clinic space and half covered parking. Additional parking can be found at the rear of the building with leased parking across the street. The exterior is cladding is predominantly white metal panels, zinc panels, and tinted glass. The two-story glazed corner atrium, accented with horizontal sun shading fins, gives the building its featured identity. Existing mature live oak trees, carefully protected during construction, give visual separation from the adjacent boulevard.
