Gables Cherry Creek

Ziegler Cooper was selected to design an upscale eight-story apartment community in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, about two miles southeast of Denver, Colorado. Located adjacent to Cherry Creek Park, the project includes a public ‘pocket park’ surrounded by hike and bike trails. The exterior facade features Colorado Red Ledgestone complemented by a silver metal paneling. The urban residential development features panoramic views of the nearby mountain range and Downtown Denver. Units range between 577 s.f. and 1,345 s.f. The development also includes an eight-story parking garage for residents and guests.
