This high-density, mixed-use project includes an office tower adjacent to an apartment/hotel. The office portion is a 29-story, 367,000-s.f. boutique, podium-style building with eight levels of above-grade parking and 4,600 s.f. of retail at the ground level. The hotel portion features all the modern luxuries and amenities that guests have come to expect, including an expansive conference center and amenity deck complete with two separate pools. The design is intended to meet USGBC requirements, and is striving to achieve LEED Gold.
