Ziegler Cooper assisted Parkway with a phased revitalization of the 10-building campus at Greenway Plaza. Staggering the renovation work allowed for uninterrupted workflow and avoided spoiling the use of and access to the campus for tenants and visitors while the extensive work progressed. The vision is to create a work/live/play campus where all different user types can find space solutions to support their needs and foster a sense of community.
