9 & 11 Greenway Plaza

The renovation included updating the lobby of Greenway 9 to match the recently renovated Greenway 11 which was also by ZCA. A variety of new furniture in both lobbies allows the spaces to be used for work, gathering, and events. The scope also included converting what was formerly a bank vault in Greenway 9 into a café space with outdoor seating, covered walkway, event lawn, and music stage.
