Tenant Lounge/Open Management Office, Training Room, and Fitness Center to service the 3 buildings on the Remington Square Complex. This space was unoccupied intended for retail business use but was never leased. The building ownership wanted to utilize this space as tenant amenities. The goal was to have an open and welcoming management office, a training center to hold 100 and a fitness center/locker rooms to provide as a tenant amenity.
