CommonGrounds Workplace is a new 27,747 s.f. Plug-and-play coworking space located within the existing HUB at Greenway Plaza. Ziegler Cooper worked as the local Architect of Record for CommonGrounds’ corporate design team in New York City to help create a space that is comfortable, flexible, and professional.

Features and amenities include spacious 17-foot ceilings throughout, a major skylight, and twelve Solatubes to bring in daylight from the plaza level above. Tenants also enjoy full club-style locker rooms & showers that are served by an attendant. Collaborative areas include phone rooms, conference rooms, open lounges, and central pantry space that can be made available to for Town Hall style meetings. All offices are fully furnished with sit-stand desks, chairs, and are secured with Salto electronic remote key access for 24/7 convenience to the entire workplace.
