The project goal was to relocate and re-stack the company within their same location to be more efficient in real estate needs. Cornerstone was also looking to make a positive contribution to their employee's satisfaction by providing a fresh look throughout with a centralized café to encourage cross company collaboration. Their existing server room on level 3 remained on level 3 with minor adjustments made. The office space was restacked on floors 5, 6 7 & 11, with floor 11 being the executive floor.
