Memorial Resource Development Corp., an independent natural gas and oil company, engaged Ziegler Cooper to design their 125,000-square-foot relocation at One Allen Center in Downtown Houston, Texas. Goals of the project were better efficiency, workspaces that fit job function, more collaborative areas, enhanced community through larger, flexible dining areas and training spaces, improved team rooms for operations and land departments, as well as increased natural light through glass-front offices.
