Talos Energy is an independent Houston-based oil & gas company focused on offshore exploration and production. As a fast-growing company in need of more space, Talos sought Ziegler Cooper’s designers to help with their expansion and relocation from One Allen Center. Talos now occupies 97,836 RSF spread between levels 31-34 at 3 Allen Center.

Special features of their new office include a large conference center for training and board meetings, a large breakroom for company gatherings, vendor with ancillary coffee bars on each floor, and an internal staircase connecting all four levels.
