Zachry Engineering Corp. moved into Westchase Park II after acquiring Commonwealth Engineering & Construction. Zachry wanted to maintain the strong brand and corporate culture already established in their San Antonio offices. Existing workplace standards and similar materials were incorporated to keep a consistent identity. Special attention was given to break room and coffee bar areas using higher end finishes and lighting.
