St. Agnes Academy Athletic Complex

Ziegler Cooper was selected to analyze and develop a master plan for St. Agnes Academy following the recently developed strategic plan for the academy. Included in the study was an analysis of offsite athletic fields, a critical element given their significant shortage of available land on the landlocked campus on Bellaire Boulevard in Southwest Houston. The completed offsite athletic facility, the first phase of the overall master plan, welcomes guests with cast stone and brick monument signage at entry gates to create a highly visible street presence. East and west concession stands were included along with a new softball field, three lacrosse/field hockey/soccer fields, a lacrosse wall and training hill.
