Kelsey-Seybold Clinic

A 65,000-square-foot three-story medical office building housing the multi-specialty clinic space for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. The steel frame structure is clad in a custom brick pattern and features the Owner’s signature three-story rotunda. A covered vehicle drop-off adds to the patient amenities. The rear of the building includes access for drive-up modular imaging trailers for expanded patient diagnostic capabilities. The building site, constructed in an urban forest, took advantage of saving old growth trees in its parking design.
