Denny Simon, AIA
Denny Simon earned a Master of Architecture from Louisiana State University as well as a BS from Southeastern Louisiana University. Mr. Simon joined Ziegler Cooper Architects in 2006 after practicing with Mougeot Architecture and Holden Associates in Baton Rouge. Denny has experience coordinating large-scale projects in the Urban Residential Studio from concept design through development and construction. He has experience coordinating complex project teams made up of consultants, contractors, designers, and clients.
Denny’s sense of community is what helps him enjoy being a part of a team and the collaboration required to achieve a successful project. He has a diverse skillset of technical, design and management experience, and he is responsible for maintaining direction in accordance with the project schedule. Denny has more than 14 years of architecture and design experience, with a focus on mid-rise, high-rise, mixed use, and high density, urban residential developments.
As Senior Project Manager, Denny is responsible to the Client for the Project’s overall direction and control; review of planning, design and phasing; and coordination with Client’s project manager for program requirements, design presentations and general project administration.
